Who owns the job data
You do. Jobs, survey files, photos and homeowner details belong to the builder who created them.
Who sees the homeowner link
Anyone who has the link can view the model. It is view only. The homeowner can approve by typing their name, and you are notified.
What we store
The jobs and designs you save, homeowner details you enter, and the files and photos you upload to a job. Saved to the CRM job when a company code is connected.
What you can export
Render images as PNG, the cut list as CSV, and the installer packet as a PDF packet.
Deleting your data
Ask and we delete it. Call or email us and we remove your jobs and files on request.
Prices in the app
No prices are printed on the material list or the layout sheets. The homeowner sees phases and totals, never your unit prices.
Lighting is optional
The lighting add on is a choice on each job. Nothing in the app requires it.
