Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Span Pro apps and the website at spanprodesign.com, provided by Span Pro Technologies, Inc. ("Span Pro"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Span Pro provides design, 3D layout, material list, work order, proposal and CRM tools for contractors. Features vary by app, and some apps are still in development. Availability dates are not guarantees.
Accounts and seats
Each seat is for one named user. Keep your sign in details private. You are responsible for activity on your seats and for the accuracy of what you enter.
Free trial and billing
New accounts can start a 3 day free trial. A card is required at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the seat renews at $299 per seat per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, until you cancel. Taxes may apply. Cancel inside the trial and you owe nothing. Cancel any time and your seat stays active through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice. Seats bought through a distributor are priced and billed by that distributor.
Promo and partner codes
A valid partner code gives 30% off the first month. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn.
Your content
You own the surveys, layouts, photos, customer data and designs you upload. You give us permission to host and process them to run the service. You promise you have the right to upload what you add.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the apps, share seats between people, bypass limits, or use Span Pro unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Designs and engineering
Span Pro outputs, including 3D models, takeoffs, material lists and cut lists, are planning tools built from the information you provide. You are responsible for checking them against the engineer's sealed drawings, the survey, local code and the actual site before ordering or building. Span Pro does not provide engineering, architectural or legal advice.
Intellectual property
Span Pro, its apps, logos and software belong to Span Pro Technologies, Inc. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them while your seat is active.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Span Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or job costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You can export your data before your account closes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
