Span Pro Technologies, Inc. ("Span Pro", "we", "us") runs the Span Pro suite of apps and the website at spanprodesign.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account and contact details you give us, such as name, business name, email, phone and county or city.
- Job content you add to the apps, such as surveys, layouts, engineering sheets, photos, customer names and addresses, estimates and proposals.
- Billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, app activity, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and support the apps and your account.
- To process trials, subscriptions and payments, and send receipts and service messages.
- To answer requests, send onboarding information and, where permitted, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
- To improve the product, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Your job data stays yours
Your surveys, layouts, customer records and renderings belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you. We do not sell your customers' information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Span Pro, such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery and analytics, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If Span Pro is part of a merger, financing or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Distributor and partner versions
If you get a seat through a distributor or partner with a Span Pro license, that organization may be able to see account status and seat usage for the seats it provides. It does not receive your job content unless you share it.
Security and retention
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. We keep information while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, accounting and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing us. We respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies for sign in, preferences and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work.
Children
Span Pro is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
